If you have just signed up or lost track of your credentials, but did not change them after signing up:

User Name: First 8 letters of your domain name (EX: AvocadoHost = avocadoh)
Password: Customer defined at checkout


If you are unable to login in or retrieve your password with the "forgot password" option, please send us an e-mail and we can reset your credentials for you.

An EPP code is an authorization key provided by your old registrar and required by your new registrar to complete a registration transfer for a domain name. You must contact the old registrar to obtain this. If you do not recall who your registrar is, you can use a whois lookup on the the domain you would like to transfer in order to get that information.
We prefer to use PayPal for on-line financial transactions because it permits us to not have to store your credit card information on our servers. Ultimately PayPal is a trusted name with handling this type sensitive information, so theres no reason for us to put your information at risk. If you prefer to pay with cash, venmo, or card by phone or in person, please contact us by e-mail so we can set something up.
